I hope you get some pleasure from seeing the beautiful Sanibel sky. Every sunrise and sunset is different. On rainy days we usually see clouds with the sun shinning behind them and many times a rainbow.

But....Where's The Rain?
These images were taken from the beach on Sanibel Island, Florida, during an afternoon thunderstorm. Even though the clouds looked quite threatening, we got less than a quarter inch of rain.
About 20 minutes later, this was the view from the Sanibel Island Causeway.

All are very nice, but I really like the second one from the top.
Wonderful layers of clouds. I love the ones over the water.
Incredible clouds. I love Sanibel Island!
Sanibel is such a beautiful place! The sea grasses make a nice frame for the sea and sky. The last photo is awesome (but - a little threatening, too!)
I know that causeway very well. What a great place.
The sky seems to wrap up the human being.
It is grand...
Thank you for visiting my blog.
